Shipping policy
The Lakshmanjoo Academy values your satisfaction and offers you returns within thirty (30) days after the estimated delivery date on most items. All returned items must be in the original condition; used items should include the PRODUCT CODE located in your order email, and new items should be unused with sealed components, where applicable.
If you have an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged shipment, please contact our Customer Care team at info@lakshmanjooacademy.org before proceeding with the return.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee and/or return shipping fee for any return/refund that is not the result of Lakshmanjoo Academy's error. Shipping and processing fees previously paid by you are all non-refundable.
Items That May Not Be Returned:
1. Requests made after the thirty (30)-day return/refund window timeframe.
2. Used items that do not have an accompanying PRODUCT CODE, and new items that have been used.
Processing Fees:
New items will be subject to a processing fee if returned. Please contact us at info@lakshmanjooacademy.org before proceeding with the return.
Where Do I Return My Item:
Items must be returned to the location from which the shipment originated.
